Payment
I accept all payments via paypal. If you would like to arrange another method of payment such as personal cheque or money order, please contact me. I will ship your item after receiving payment.

Shipping
If you are purchasing items from my Etsy shop, you will be able to view shipping prices at the bottom of every item. If you wish to purchase directly from me, I will add shipping costs to your paypal invoice. Contact me if you prefer to upgrade your shipping to priority international or express mail.
Occasionally I will offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $50, so look for those sales on my Etsy page!
Gift wrapping
All items will arrive beautifully packaged ready for gift giving. I would be happy to add a card with a special message if it is a gift; just indicate this upon checkout. I can also have the package sent directly to a third party on your behalf. Just provide the mailing address and I will ship directly to the recipient of your choice.
Custom orders
Please contact me if you would like something created just for you! Perhaps you have specific colors in mind or a style you don't see listed. I would be happy to work with you to create something unique for your wedding day or special event. Also, discounts are available for large orders of multiple items. If you are a bride looking for custom gifts for your bridal party, then this discount is for you! Please inquire if you are interested.
Alterations
Please contact me if you would like to shorten or lengthen an item you see or if you would like a specific earwire or hook. There may be an extra charge on some items.
Request and item
I would be pleased to design and create a one of a kind piece for your wedding or special event! I begin by finding out all the pertinent details of your event (colors, style, etc.). From there I will email to you pictures of color combinations or styles I have in mind until we design something you love.
Once you "request an item" from my Etsy shop I will require a 50% deposit. When your custom order is complete I'll list it in my shop as a reserved item and you will be charged the balance.
Refunds or exchanges
I will accept any item for return if you are not completely satisfied. However, if it was a custom design, it can not be exchanged or returned for obvious reasons. This item was made especially for you. I provide clear photos and accurate descriptions of each piece, so please read carefully and ask questions before you purchase.
Please contact me within 2 days of receiving your order. Postage is the responsibility of the buyer. All items must be returned in original condition with all packaging.
