I don't know about you, but I cannot believe it is October already! The summer came and went with very little excitement and the weather was sub-par at best. We have closed our pool for the season and the leaves in our backyard are starting to turn red - a true sign fall has arrived.
Things have been busy in my little design studio. September was entirely comprised of late nights spent wire wrapping and designing new inventory, while days were spent taxiing my adorable children to and from school. My oldest darling J, just started kindergarten this year (OMG) and things were pretty hectic around here preparing him for his first year in school! Despite a few bus glitches the first week, he is off and learning.... My darling daughter G is just beginning a full time pre-kindergarten program, so that is giving me more time to work - and her more time to socialize. I only have one little one at home now. My baby M (who is 16 months) has just figured out how to climb furniture and only stops for breaks when either eating or sleeping! Just yesterday I found him attempting to pull himself up and out of his crib by climbing the drapes. Lovey. Needless to say, things have been busy in my house! Now you know why I have been neglecting my blog :)
Here are a few photos to inspire some fall decorating... which by the way, I have yet to even think about myself, until now. An empty flower pot is all you would find gracing my front porch. Shameful, I know.
